I am trying to install a DYMO Printer in a Windows XP
Machine, and for some reason, after installation is
finished printer fails. I noticed that every time the
printer drivers are installed, windows uses it's own
drivers. Is there a way to make windows promt me for the
driver location so that I can install the updated drivers
provided by DYMO?

Install the DYMO drivers first, then the hardware.

Not sure which printer you have. I have the Dymo labelwriter EL60 and it
works fine. I set mine up NOT using the XP Drivers, rather, going to Dymo's
website and using their latest version of software...

Try that instead.. worked fine Serial and USB....
