It has just been reported that Vice President Dick Cheney's toilet overflowed last Thursday at 7:14 AM. The President however, was not notified for four days, 7 hours, and 26 minutes.

The investigation, scheduled to begin tomorrow, will focus mainly on this huge delay in notifying The White House, and not on what exactly it was that caused the malfuntion.

Actually, Dick Cheney authorized me to notify the media regarding the incident. He was technically on my property when it happened. I notified slashdot exactly 6hrs after the incident occured. They didn't believe me.
