RUNNING VISTA ON PC AND WINDOWS 7 ON LAPTOP - CANNOT SET UP NETWORK FROM PC TO L

I have a pc which is running windows vista and a laptop with windows 7. I am trying to set up a network so that i can use the printer from the laptop. The pc will connect to the laptop but not the other way round. I have a wifi printer but my laptop will not find when i search for wifi devices.HELP!

In control panel open network and sharing. Choose home network and show full map. connect with the wizard ther.
