How to send email w/picture to LG-L1200 phone

Hello everyone:
We just got 2 LG1200 camera phones from Cingular and I wanted to send
some picture attachments to the phone account (we've been signed up
for Multimedia Messaging and 1MB web access) and Cingular's web page
is pitiful with directions. I've tried twice, but the only thing that
comes thru is the text message. I went into wireless.cingular.com and
set a filter for my email account to allow everything (because I
disallowed all other alerts to avoid spam).
I know that the address is correct xxxxxxxxxx@wireless.mycingular.com
Does anyone have a simple set of directions for me to do this? I
really feel stupid because I work with computer networks every day
with no problem, but this technology completely bumfuzzles me.
