I am unable to install windows8 Pro with the preview version installed

I had installed windows8 preview and I am attempting to upgrade to windows8 pro. I am not able to upgrade, what so I do?

-what was the build number of the preview you installed? Consumer preview? the build number was on the bottom right of the screen or you can run winver command
-
also what error did you get when you attempted to upgrade?
- maybe check the control panel ->system and security =>system to see if the preview was activated.
