Hello,

is it possible to access the temperature diode of the amd cpu via
motherboard monitor or other software (not a sensor placed on the
motherboard socket)?

If you use this program Unified System Diagnostic Manager (USDM).
With USDM you can see your CPU & system temperatures, power supply voltages and FAN RPMs. Also the tool allows alarm thresholds to be set to alert the user when specific events occur (overheat, low voltage, etc).
