Hi

I have a Epox EP-8RGA motherboard, I was using my PC last night when
the screen when black, I thought the PC crashed as the lights on the
tower were on, as nothing was happening in the screen I press
CTRL+alt+del but nothing happened, I decided to power down the PC and
restart it again, but again nothing happened, the light came on, also
the lights in the Cd-rom and I could hear the noise of what I think
was the HD but the screen was black, not even the BIOS stuff that
normally appears for a few seconds.

I opened the box and was looking at the LCD on the motherboard what
displays is FF - C1 (or CI), C0 (or CO), not always in that order,
if I look at the LCD after a couple of minutes in some cases I can
see C0 or C1.

I disconnected the Cd-rom's, also the HD but still the same. Also took
out all the PCI cards that I have with same result, also swap and
took out the memory but the same result.

I thought that after taking out the HD and memory it will bip as an
error but it never bip at all.

Any ideas as what the problem is.

I have the board for just over a year and was always working ok.

Thanks
