Win7 PCI video card drivers?

Is there a dual VGA PCI video card out there that has Win7 or Vista drivers? If so, like what?

Pretty much all modern cards have at least one digital output. So, you'll have to find a VGA+DVI card that comes bundled with a DVI-to-VGA adapter, or get a VGA+DVI card that does not have the adapter and purchase the adapter separately.
