Quiet HS/Fan for 8RDA+

I have an 8RDA+ with an Athlon 3200+ XP CPU overclocked to 2.4 Ghz. I have
a 5500rpm fan on right now (sorry, don't know what it is) and I would like
some advice on the quietest fan/HS solution for this type CPU.

I've found that the really expensive ball bearing fans are very quiet
per cfm while the really cheap fans are very noisy.

My Peeze fans are in the middle.

thermalright si-97 with papst 8412 n2gl is the best combination you get
get on the planet.
