4PCA3+ What drivers for 98SE, XP SP1 and XP SP2

I'm about to format all my drives and OS's.
So before I do I need to make sure I have all drivers/patches etc that I may
need to install, my OS's are going to be 98SE, XP Pro SP1 and a separate
partition for XP Pro SP2, I know it may be weird having 2 XP os's but trust
me I need to try something.

It's been sometime since I last formatted and I'm lost as to what I need and
what I don't, if my ageing brain is still working I'm sure I need some kind
of patch to make 98SE work with USB2 (external hard drive) but have no idea
as far as XP is concerned, when I look at

or all three of those apps, sorry if I sound think but as I say it's been
ages since I started a fresh and very rusty now.

I won't be using the onboard LAN or Audio so I guess no need for those,
