Yes. You can even use it for the initial sync as it acts like a serial
connection.

Just part them up, make sure you know which port ur machine uses for
bluetooth serial connection and set it up in Activesync and it works like u
r connecting thru a serial connection.

Of course u hv to pair them up 1st like any bt device.

Yes you can... Have a look in our Bluetooth Guides (link below).

Basically you'll configure the Activesync on your computer to use a serial
port (incoming) on your Bluetooth configuration. You then pair the devices,
and depending on what Pocket PC you have, will start ActiveSync from your
Pocket PC using ActiveSync, or Bluetooth Manager/
