OK, I have most of the problems taken care of. I took care of the IRQL Not
Equal Or Less problem by changing my 3D driver. Apparently there's a
problem with the newest driver. As for the glitchy 3D performance, my AGP
FX5900 had a problem with having a Leadtek TV tuner card in the 4th PCI
slot. I had to move it. But I have one last glitch. On shutdown, Windows
cuts off and all of the hardware except for the power supply and board shuts
off. The mainboard LED says C5. I have to flip the switch on the back of
the power to turn everything off. Any ideas?
