Please help

i've been having problems downloading the new adobe flashplayer, after attempting to download adobe flashplayer it says it has been installed. However i still cant view videos, instead i get a message popping up saying i need to downlaod the new version of flashplayer. Can anyone please help? any info would be much appreciated.

Try firefox, if flash works in there then internet explorer maybe at fault.

Are you using IE 9 beta? Is the error from all flash using sites or just one particular one? If on IE 9 uninstall it and ty again.
