Does anybody know how I can boot without a graphic card? It seems like it
would stop in Bios. Halt on no errors is activated.

I do not think you can boot without a graphics card. Part of the POST
routine is to probe for a VGA BIOS (graphics card or integrated graphics)
somewhere on the computer. Without a VGA BIOS present, the POST will fail.
