Hi, I've been using my iRiver H120 MP3 player with my computer just fine for
a long time now. It's recognized by Windows as a portable hard drive, without
the need to install any drivers. However, today I upgraded to SP2 and when I
plug it in, I get a "USB Device Not Recognized" message, and when I click the
error box, a screen pops up with a USB Root Hub listed, and in its tree are 5
Unused Ports and my device, listed as "Unknown Device".

How can I fix this? I tried plugging it into several computers around campus
today (including Macs) and it worked just fine each time, except for my
computer. I'm 100% sure this problem was caused by SP2, since it was working
fine 5 minutes before I installed SP2, and not working at all 5 minutes after.

Thanks for your help!

Select "Install specific driver" when the wizard appears.
Select "C;\windows\inf" as a location for the driver.
Problem should be sorted.
