I have been searching for weeks now to see if my iPaq 3765
(with Pocket PC 2000 OS)is compatible with Pocket PC 2002.
I can't seem to find an answer anywhere!!
Does ANYONE here know if this is possible? If so, where
can I buy a copy of the upgrade. I have found numerous
upgrades for the iPaq 3600 series but nothing for the 3700
series.
Anyone's help is greatly apprecaited!

The 37xx series is already running PPC2002! It will not run nor is an
upgrade available for PPC2003 though.

Are you sure you don't have a 3675? The 3670/3675 came with Pocket PC 2000
but the 3760/3765 comes with Pocket PC 2002.

Are you sure of the model number? the 36xx series were PPC2000, the 37xx
series were all PPC2002, identical hardware hence the difference in model
numbers to differentiate the new OS version. Could yours be a 3665?

HP Stopped selling the PPC2002 upgrade a while ago now, your best bet would
be eBay. If you have no luck contact me offline, replace .invalid with .com

Yes! I have it right here. It's a 3765 that shipped with
PPC 2000 - NOT 2002. It is 2.5 years old.
