Anyone have this board and use ECC memory? The specs do not imply weither or
not this board accepts registered memory.

Most non-server boards do not.

Any board will take ECC RAM, but only some will use the ECC function.
The K8N will not use ECC, but unless you're running a life-supports
system you don't need it. Registered(buffered) RAM is different and
only works in some boards. And no NF4 board will take it AFAIK.
