flash BIOS 7VTXH

Hello.

I'm trying to update bios to support 200GHz HDD, but I cannot do so. After
updating BIOS I get a checksum error on boot and the options give me no
choice but to restore previous values. Can someone give me a clue what to
do?

Oops, sorry, I meant 200GB HDD. I'm not sure what BIOS is current, but the
BIOS I'm trying to update to is 7VTHX.F7.
