I built a computer with an 8IHXP main board. I have an Antec SLK3700AMB
case with two USB connectors on the front of the case. I followed the
connectors exactly to connect from F_USB1 to those connectors. When I plug
in a USB device it gets recognized but does not connect properly. I am
using Windows 2000 Workstation.

Any ideas?
