Motherboard for Mobile Athlon 2500+

Does anyone know which Gigabyte motherboards support the Athlon mobile 2500+
chip.?

I purchased the GA-7VA600 1394 but it does not seem to work properly, I
only get 600MHz on post and only the 100 MHz bus option works. Can't get
it to work on any other bus speed.
using bios F4 (default bios) there is a F5 version which I could flash.

Any help appeciated.
