Real-time audio over a LAN

I'm trying to get it so the same songs can play across 3 computers in my appartment during parties and such but there always seems to be a delay from one computer to the next.
What would the best method be to get audio to play on multiple computer at the same time, without the lag?

you can get a plug in to syncronise winamp players accross networks. www.winamp.com

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!
