Hello everyone, again,

Ok. Running a DesignJet 500PS with the HP Rip. Now it rips fine, but there
is a slight problem. We want to print big banners on it (2.6m long). Now
there is a roll of 42" paper in it, so in theory we could print as long as
the paper is. However the RIP lists the width as 1060cm (which is as wide as
it will go), but the max length is 1524mm and I cannot change this. So
anytime I try and print a file bigger than that it postscript error. This is
annoying. I should be able to print as long as possible and I can see anyway
to change the silly maximum height. Can anyone please help?

Thanks

Michael
