7vrx - problem bios upgrade F7-F8b

I have a mainboard gigabyte 7vrx with bios version F6. I have upgrade bios
to F8b version and my modem ISDN PCI begin to breck connection to internet
after few minute and block telephon line. I try to upgrade bios to version
F7 but the problem not disappear. Only with F6 version I work fine.
I think that the problem is PCI voltage. there is any other that had a
similar problem?
