Can my Gigabyte GA-8IHXP use a AGP 8x video card?
The motherboard has a 4x 1.5v AGP slot, and I'd like to
put one of the new ATI x800 XT cards into this computer.

I'm pretty sure I can, with the board running at 4x only, but
I want to make sure.

Yes, the AGP slot of the 8iHXP is 1.5v only and the X800 is 1.5v 4x/8x.
