Modem has worked fine for over a year now on a new Dell, Windows XP
Professional. Suddenly the Modem will not detect a dial tone or dial out,
only error 692 displays. I have followed all help instructions and still
nothing?
Also, can the hyperterminal affect the modem adveresly?
