Hi, my computer always free while waking up from sleep mode so I had to just avoid using sleep. I am wondering if there is solution to this?
Blue screen msgs differ each time but mostly mention certain memory address.

Other than waking up from sleep mode I did not have any other freeze problem yet.
My system is I5 sandy bridge, 8 gig ddr2, 64gig kingston SSD for bootup, sata2 2ndary HDD, HD6850 for video card.

Thanks.

Have you tried a system restore? I had something similar with putting my machine in sleep mode, but I did a system restore and it stopped doing it. I'm not quite sure if that will help exactly, but it's worth a try.

This is a driver issue. There are tons of sites dedicated to this issue. Ususally it's the vid card, but could be chipset, sound, and other add in card, anything that requires a driver that don't like to wake up.
