changing from ntfs to fat 32 when formatting hard drive

IM pulling my hair out with this
after fdisk and format have finished i cant install win 98se as the file
format is stll ntfs (previous op system was millenium) can anyone enlighten
me as to what im missing before i go bald

Hi,

Go there to have a look for how to use FDISK.
http://www.blackviper.com/Articles/OS/fdisk/fdisk1.htm
It is better to use a Win ME startup disk to boot up the PC.
Do a google search for where to download the Win ME startup program.

Post back to NG if you still have problems.
