GA 8KNXP alarm on: RAM led on and buzzer on

If you have more than 1 RAM stick take 1 out at a time to see which is the
culprit.
If not, try new RAM, if you cant, try with no RAM just to see if it still
comes on -
maybe its not the RAM.

The beeping is also caused (on this board) by software the resets the
hardware monitoring chipset (such as SiSoft Sandra and MotherBoard
Monitor 5). It's a fluke with this board and the 81k1100. What type
of card did you add? Perhaps the drivers it uses are chatting on the
ISA or SMB bus and causing the same problem.
