I've got a cannon scanner. I tried to install the setup software on my new computer. But error message comes up. How can I use my old scanner on my new computer? thanks florence--fqui@otmail.com

- new PC operating system (eg Windows 7 64-bit? 32-bit?)
- Canon scanner model
- and knowing the old PC's operating system will help
- the error message
