Anyone try the new BIOS (FI) for the Rev. 2.0 8KNXP?

I put it in and couldn't get my machine to boot properly (so I
returned to the FH BIOS).

My boot order is (1) floppy, (2) CD-ROM, (3) hard drive. I have 2
Plextor ATAPI CD-ROM drives.

With the FH BIOS, all is well. If there is a bootable floppy, it
boots from the floppy. If there is a bootable CD in either drive, it
boots from the CD. If no removable media in any drive, it boots from
the hard drive (SCSI ... via an Adaptec 29160).

With the FI BIOS, and the same boot order, it would never boot from
the hard drive ... it would stop (and hang) after trying the second
CD-ROM drive (assuming no removable media in any drive). Actually, it
wouldn't boot from the second CD-ROM either ... only the first. I
*could* get it to boot from the hard drive if I moved the hard drive
to *second* in the boot order, but that shouldn't be necessary (and it
defeats the practicality of my established boot order).

FI may be a step forward for some issue, but it is a step back for me.
