when i try to access my floppy disk drive it says:

a:\ not accessible
incorrect function

it also appears when i try to plug in my mp3 player through USB, does anyone
know any solutions please? ive been on device manager and it says everything
is working fine

Try disabling "Norton AutoProtect"
