What the Heck happened to Pocket Pc Service pack 1????

I really don't understand why Microsoft removed this update, along with several other downloads, particularly most of the older
Power Toys. If anyone know if it's legal to post them, and provides a site where I can upload them, I'd be perfectly happy to post
the files. The PocketPC 2000 SP1 update is fairly large, about 4.5MB.
