Hello,
I received the message about Windows 7 not being able to start properly. I used the disk to reinstall and it down, it always restarts automatically.It continues to show the message. My computer does not shu I also have files in my D: drive maxed to capacity. How do I close or delete the D: drive.

Boot.ini does not exist in Windows 7 so this error is quite confusing, if your drive is full then windows will not be able to allocate its 'Start Bit' nor Page File, and this will result in your computer refusing to boot.
