Got a USR pro Modem on a new system build.cant get it to query or when ever i try to log on to the net it reboots the system.Talked to Usr about this and they though it might be a bad modem ..they sent me a new one still the same troubles.talked to MS and they had no help for me either.tryed reloading the driver,pulled the card and switched pci slots have ran out of ideas.anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this proublem?

BIOS stopping it in some way maybe?

An onboard contoller that conflicts perhaps.
