Hi, I have no problem with my windows generally. But now a days, while i open 'Game explorer', my cpu uses increase up to 50% & causing game freeze for few moment.

So i check task manager & i see explorer.exe eating 50% cpu. It only occur when i open game explorer. If i want to run a game, i need to end process of explorer.exe form task manager.

How do i fix it without reinstalling windows? Help needed.

Get a better processor?
Use something that isn't 'Game Explorer' (Sounds a bit dodgy).

If not, then i am sorry but reinstall Windows.
(Bear in mind 32-bit requires a 1GHz and 64-bit requires a 2GHz)

There is no problem with my processor. Cause i used it before having no problem. This problem occur for few days. I am using Pentium dual-core E5400 2.70 Ghz and a 32-bit system.

However, i got this solved. I checked Microsoft supports center and learned to use msconfig.exe to solve this problem.
