GA-7vaxp Ultra - boot to flat screen problems

Hi group

Recently I started seeing less and less of the boot sequence and now the
screen just stays blank until Windows XP comes up. I have read some posts
which suggest this might be quite common when using the DVI out to my flat
panel screen (especially Dell computers?).

Any suggestions? I did use to see POST and can't think what I might have
changed. If I connect my partners screen (VGA out, but still an AOC TFT) I
see a picture all the way through.

My flatscreen is the AOC 19", my partners is a 17" but otherwise no
difference. As an aside, I've never got my PC able to see the USB hub on the
AOC 19" but otherwise it seems to work just fine, so this might be a red
herring.
