In Win 7, Boot Performance Monitoring

Hello, I continue to get the above as errors, warnings in the event 100... I have a HP Pavillion Dv7 3186 notebook still under one year warranty but HP hasn't fix problem and I want to know if performance errors and critical errors are bad enough to request a new computer... I had to reformat hard disk already 3 months ago... Thank you.
