Scanner & Camera wizard and Sony

I just got a new digital camera (Sony DSCP73) and the XP Scanner and Camera
wizard won't recognize it. It does recognize my older Canon as soon as I
plug it in. And also when I plug my Sony into a newer pc here at work the
Scanner and Camera wizard pops up fine. So I know there's nothing wrong
with my usb cable or camera cause it works on the brand new pc and I know
there's "nothing" wrong with my pc or usb port cause the canon brings up the
wizard no problem. So, why won't the wizard come up on this pc with the
sony? I've installed all the software that came with the camera but I
didn't need to do that on the other pc and the wizard came up fine. I can
access the pictures other ways, but I really like the scanner and camera
wizard the best. Any idea what the problem is?
