Hi all, recently I received a 2.4 Ghz CPU.
I was wondering if I can place this in my Gigabyte GA-8IDX motherboard.
I looked on the Internet and said motherboard max speed is 2 Ghz.

Now, to ask a stupid question, does anyone know what would happen if i
placed the CPU in my machine? Would the machine run at 2 Ghz (Max
motherboard speed) or would the motherboard not recognize the CPU

Thanks
Mark
