Belkin F8T003 v1 BT Dongle and XP SP2

According to the Belkin web site all their dongles are supposed to work with
SP2

When inserted, my dongle is shown in device manager as a "USB Device" and
not listed under "Bluetooth Radio" (which does not exists)


I've tried everything suggested here

is there any way to get my Belkin F8t003 v1 to work with the SP2 Microsoft
