GA-K8VT800, great board for how long it lasted.. The system was built,
played thoroughly for a few weeks, then one day doesnt POST. No beep codes,
nothing.
I have swapped videocards, ram, drives, and chip - still nothing, so I'm
guessing somehow the BIOS has corrupted? This a reasonable guess? I then
went and swapped the mobo out with an identical I had lying around and alls
well. Mobo fault, but where...
If anyones had similar problems along these lines - be it corrupt bios or
such - please share how you remedied it short of a new bios chip (which is
the next step).
Kinda annoying since I was in the middle of KOTOR2 ;)

I had the same problem but with a GA 7N400 Pro2 ver2. Plugged my digtal
camera into the USP slot and it froze. Had to turn off. When I turned back
on--No boot, no video, nothing. Tried clearing BIOS changing parts etc.
still nothing. Luckily board was only a few weeks old. RMA'd it. It should
be here this week. Have no idea what happened. Everyone says change your
BIOS settings, but if you can not get in that's not possible.
