Windows 7 BSOD when Shutting Down

Hey,

Windows 7 blue screens when I click Shut Down in the Start Menu.

I didn't copy paste the info but I can link the files in the minidump.

Could someone tell me if this could be some hardware issue?

One thing you should do is run Memtest (USB, CD etc).

run it the files in red post theyre names here

They are aswSP.SYS and ntoskrnl.exe.

Try using the Memory Diagnostic Tool inside windows, and reliability monitor/event viewer to see if anything you have done has caused the error.
