I would like to be able to press one of the "My Favorites" on my keyboard to
tell my PC to connect to my Dial-Up internet provider.

No. I don't want to set my computer to dial when ever an internet connection
is not present, (that way I stop trojans, spyware)
No, the stupid telco won't supply DSL to my town, neither will the cable
company provide internet either.

The desktop shortcut for the internet connection is a special one which the
keyboard software cannot run.

TIA
