So deal with it. Research how to properly cool a case, get some fans
and do it.

Buy some SATA drives, a bigger case with more fans and lose the AMD hot
plate you're running. It'll make a very noticeable difference.

Like I said, research how to properly cool a case, get some fans, and do
it. Unless the ambient temperature of the room is sufficiently high to
make it impossible to cool the case, it shouldn't matter what sort of
hardware you have inside.

It's possible that the case you've purchased is simply too small to
allow proper cooling, but that's easily fixed since larger cases are
available.

A well-dressed man walks into a bar and asks a woman to sleep
with him for $1M. The woman is excited and she gives immediate
consent: "Of course I'll sleep with you!".
Then the man asks, "will you sleep with me for $5?". The woman
indignantly replies, "Of course not! What do you think I am?".
The man replies, "We've already established what you are; now
we're merely haggling over the price."

it's also called inadequate airflow :) You need a better case. I've had
more than that in a case (5x36Gb 10K rpm on a backplane, 2 opticals, a DLT,
AthlonXP Palomino..aka the Furnace..always at 50C or so) but the case had
good airflow, cooled by an 80mm, a 92mm intake under the backplane bay and
two 80's at the back, all Vantec Stealths. Temps were fine even on the
hottest days.
