Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have an Epson R300 which I have just refilled for the first time with
non-Epson cartridges. Each time I try and print I get a box come up asking
me if I really want to use this cartridge. I click 'yes' and everything
works fine. I had a similar problem with previous Epsons but after the first
time the box appeared, that was it until the next refil. With this one, it
is everytime I want to print. I am aware of an ink refill level resetter
tool you can buy, but my ink levels are always showing accurately.

Does anyone know if this tool will also remove this darn box, or how I might
otherwise stop it appearing?

Many thanks.

Im using oem cartridges with an epson r300 and get no message boxes with
mine.Maybe its the make of cartridges your using.Or more than likely the
chip on them.
