I still didn't because i dont'h have a floppy drive so i can only update it
through @bios and i'm not sure will it work and will it mess up my pc ?
And what's the diference to f2, it only says update cpu microcode, what is
that ?

@BIOS won't mess up your PC, at least it didnt' do that to m 8I875Ultra.
Updating the CPU microcode usually means that the list of supported CPUs
has been upgraded.
