Average Temps on a GA-7VTXE motherboard and suggestions fo..

Just a quick question. What should the average temperatures be on a
motherboard of this type for the cpu and board during idle and also gaming?
I'm running 108 F (board) and 126 F cpu at idle now (just a little web
browsing). I have a dual fan in the lower PCI slot but nothing extra that
didn't come installed from the factory. I don't remember the type, it was
only about 10 or so dollars at Tiger Direct.

My system randomly restarts or freezes. Just in case it's temperature
causing this, I'm looking at installing one of the 5.25 bay freezer fans and
a new heat sink/fan for my cpu ( haven't decided type). First I want to
install a new power supply since I suspect it's either that or the
motherboard itself if not the temps in my system.

I'm open to advice on how to handle this.
