Play WMP on remote TV and do other things on PC?

HI,
I am trying to learn how I can ouput WMP (most recent v11 I think) on remote TV and then minimize it and do other things on my PC having WMP plahyingon TV. In both casese I'm using SVideo to output.
I have this feature on one of my setup (W7 Ult 32)but can not replicated it on another computer/TV (W7 HP).
Can anybody gimme a hand where is this secret button ? Is it PC brand specific?

Use dual-view. Go to the desktop, right click, then Screen Resolution

Then select your TV, then select "Extend my desktop to this display"

Click OK

Open WMP, open the movie, then drag the WMP in the right direction (Not as in correct, but going this way -> ). WHen the mouse hits the edge of the screen, just keep on going, it will go on the TV screen. Maximise it when you drag the entire window.
