my 5.1 music system is not working in window 7,only two speaker is working. while the same was working in win xp. i have upgrade my sound driver but problem is still yhere what to do tell me

Does the system have Win7 drivers for the sound card? Did you check the options for it to make sure you have the right speaker type and outputs configured?

For questions you want to post your exact system specs (make, model, sound card type, etc..)

use single output wire from CPU to main speakers box and configure your 5.1 speakers. it's work

I think anildevatwal is talking about optical out which uses one wire. This of-course assumes the OP has such a feature on his sound card and the speakers, and is not very well explained.

my mother board is intel 945gv and sound card is realtek. i have intex speaker 5.1, the same configuration is working in window xp, but when i install window 7 the problem occur. i download & install the new driver from realtek. but the problem still

What is the model/vendor of the computer? Have you looked at the configuration of the speakers and set them to 5.1 operation?

right click the speaker icon on the system try go to playback devices then sleect speakers, then click configure set your setup to 5.1 and your done.
