Canon printer BJC-5100 help

Hi,

My canon printer BJC-5100 works fine until last week. It always shows:

"No ink cartrige in holder 1. Ink cartrige in holder 1 must be
BJC21-e,
BJC22-e, BC-23. please install the correct cartrige and retry"

I have checked the ink cartrige. It's BC-23 and ink is good(no
clogged). And it works fine all the time before.

Could anybody let me know what's the problem? Your help will be highly
appreciated!
